Mobisites
Fontera and SABC Mobile signed an agreement that will see Fontera rolling out a new generation of mobile portals for each of the SABC’s radio stations, TV channels and websites.
Starting with the SABC1 TV channel and the Good Hope FM radio station, which both launched in March 2009, the mobisites contain a full social network, mobile chat, free mobile content and loads of other components that are specific to each brand.
Since then Fontera and the SABC have launched mobisites for Lotus FM, SABC News, Ukhozi FM and the main SABC Mobile portal.
